Explore the laws of the universe, from particle physics to the cosmos, delve into fields such as quantum computing, astrophysics, and biophysics, work with state-of-the-art equipment, and participate in international projects related to discoveries in the fields of gravitational waves and the study of dark matter.
A central goal of the Science Teaching Department is to shape the future of science and mathematics education both locally and globally, by developing academic and practical leadership. Research in the department focuses on the development and implementation of advanced teaching, learning, and assessment materials, as well as the professional development of teachers. The department influences education policy through leading steering committees and professional committees for the Ministry of Education and other organizations worldwide. The department leads a variety of projects, including personalized learning initiatives, the integration of AI technologies in education, STEM integration, and the promotion of teacher communities.
Our community is vibrant and diverse, bringing together students and researchers from all over the world, each with their own unique ideas and perspectives. This mix of backgrounds sparks inspiring connections and encourages exciting collaborations across different fields, driving science forward in new and innovative ways.
